Fiji face tough Malawi
19
Mar
06 23:51
Fiji's brilliant Centre Unaisi Rokoura in action on court.
Fiji will start as slight favourites against Malawi in what is expected to be an interesting opening to the fifth day’s play in Netball.
Fiji will rely on its edge in experience, while Malawi, fresh from an upset win over South Africa, has proven it is more than capable of challenging more fancied opponents.
An impressive Jamaica returns to the court for its game against a win-less Wales.
Jamaica has been playing a far more disciplined style in Melbourne and will continue to explore and fine tune its line-up in anticipation of its clash with Australia on Day 6.
In the evening session England comes up against St Vincent and The Grenadines.
England has appeared nervous at times throughout the competition and has struggled to find consistency. Having been pushed by both Malawi and Fiji, this match should provide England with the opportunity to gain some momentum.
St Vincent and The Grenadines is yet to score a win but is improving with every outing.
The Barbados and Singapore match concludes the day. Both nations are seeking their first victory of the competition.
Australia and New Zealand both have a rest day.
