Other Todd was awarded the Arthur Tunstall Trophy for the Best Boxer at the Australian Championships in 2005, and the Jamie Nicholson Shield for the best International Boxer. He is the only Australian boxer to win the award twice in a row.

His strengths are is defensive work and his good punch.

Todd won the Australian Championship last year as well, and is the Queensland Champion in 2005 as well.
